Why Tarich Tuition Centres?
Our Story
Tarich was at first after-school and weekend classes in Mr Otu’s house but due to the rapid increase in the number of clients, there was a demand for greater capacity. In June 2007, first Tarich Tuition Centre was opened; the second is opening in 2018.
Our Identity
We are the unique learning centre for children and young people, with the academic excellence of our students as our priority. We have a challenging and inspiring mission to improve and enrich our students’ academic prospects through targeted, focused and personalised tutoring.
Our Belief
We believe that children need a formidable foundation in literacy, numeracy and science to help them excel in other areas of their lives. It is also our firm belief that all young children have academic abilities and therefore we provide the right opportunities for them to apply their knowledge.
Our Method
- We improve and enrich our students’ academic prospects through targeted, focused and personalised tutoring so that every child is given the opportunity to reach their full potential.
- We further understand that a child’s ability can blossom with the right support and encouragement. We therefore reinforce teaching and learning that is given in Key Stages 1, 2, 3 and 4 through our unsurpassed understanding of the national curriculum, which is the driving force behind our success.
- We stress that to join Tarich Tuition is a commitment for both parents/guardians and students. Whilst students are expected to work to the best of their abilities at all times, parents/guardians are expected to support and monitor their children’s performance and behaviour religiously.
- We value each person and make them aware that they have the potential to make a positive contribution to the Centre.
- We create opportunities for all children to learn and achieve through our teaching by utilising all the time we have with them to teach, assess and advise.
- We provide an education which places importance on the development of the whole child, academically, intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially.
- We encourage the partnership between home and school and encourage parents/guardians to take an active part in their child’s education.
- We use appropriate technology to enhance the children’s learning and we provide equal opportunities at the Centre and treat all individuals fairly.
